Reposts

We haven't seen any role closed and then listed again under the same title yet. We keep a record of every role's title from 20 October 2026, so reposts will show here as they happen.

How we count

  • Age: the posting date the platform gives. Roles with no date, talent pools and paid studies are left out of the age figures.
  • Added and closed: a role is added the first time we see it and closed when it leaves the platform's board. A platform's first day is treated as its backlog. We record this from 20 October 2026.
  • Reposts: same platform, same title once case and punctuation are ignored, listed at least three hours after the earlier role closed.
  • Levels: the level stated or inferred from each posting. Many postings state none.
  • Limits: this is what platforms publish. It says nothing about whether anyone was hired. Full methodology.

The AI training job market: common questions

How old are AI training job listings?

Among the 4,265 open roles with a posting date from their platform, 61% have been up for 60 days or more, and the median is 131 days. Dates are as the platform gives them, and some platforms keep the original date when they refresh a role, so an old date doesn't always mean an untouched listing.

Does an old listing mean the role is filled?

No. Some platforms keep roles open for months to build a pool of people, and others leave a listing up after the first hires. We check every role against the platform's own board every hour, so a role we list was still on the board at the last check.

What counts as a role being added or closed?

A role counts as added the first time we see it on a platform's board, and as closed when it leaves. That shows what changed on the boards, not how many people were hired. The first day we read a platform is its backlog, so it is not counted as new.

What is a repost?

An open role with the same title as one the same platform closed at least three hours earlier. It can be a genuine refresh, a role that was paused, or the same project listed again.

Are there entry-level AI training jobs?

491 open roles are tagged entry level (15% of those with a level), and 169 (3% of all open roles) say no experience is needed. See the no-experience page for the list.
