How roles get listed
- We read each platform's public job board: its own careers pages, or a hosted board such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR or Recruitee.
- Every role links straight to the platform's own posting, where people apply. We never take applications ourselves.
- Each role is checked every hour. When it comes off the platform's board, it comes off ours, and its page says it has closed.
- Pay, location and requirements come from the posting's own text. Platform facts (who runs it, how it pays, its checks) come from the platform's own pages, each with a link to the source.
Get your roles added
If your roles are on a public job board we can read without logging in, email us its address and we'll add it, usually within a few days. If they aren't, a feed works too: JSON, RSS or XML with, for each role, a stable ID, title, description, pay, eligible countries and the link to apply.
We don't read pages that sit behind a login or a bot check, and we don't get around those protections. Platforms we don't list, and why.
Correct something
If a role, a pay figure or a fact about your platform is wrong, email aitrainersjobs@proton.me with a link to the right information on your own site. Every job page also has a "Tell us" link.
Referral links
Where a platform runs a referral programme, some apply and join links here are our referral links. We say so next to them and on our referral disclosure page, and every role also has a plain link. Referral fees never change what people are paid, and they don't change our rankings or pay figures, which come only from the postings. If you run a referral or partner programme and would like us to use it, email us.
Data
Our pay and role figures are free to reuse with credit: see open data and the search API. How we compile them is on the methodology page.
