aitrainers.jobs is operated from 12 Cable Street, London E16 2SX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of any personal information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used. You can contact us at aitrainersjobs@proton.me.
What information we collect
- What you send us: anything you email us, such as questions, feedback or a request about your data.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details for each request, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are kept for a short period for security and to keep the site running.
- Page views (analytics): we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store personal identifiers, and doesn't follow you across other sites. We don't set any tracking cookies.
- Job alerts: if you sign up for alerts, we store the email address you give us and your chosen preferences, so we can send the alerts.
How and why we use it
We use this information to run and secure the site, answer your messages, send job alerts you have asked for, and meet legal obligations. We don't use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects, and we don't sell it.
Legal basis (UK and EEA)
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to run and protect the site, on consent for job alerts (which you can withdraw at any time), and on legal obligation where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
- Service providers: our hosting provider and our email provider process information on our behalf, only to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where reasonably necessary, or where the law requires it.
- Job platforms: when you click through to a platform, that platform's own privacy policy applies to anything you give it. We don't pass your details to platforms.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where they process personal information outside the UK, they do so under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period. Email correspondence is kept while it is needed to answer you and for a reasonable time afterwards. Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email aitrainersjobs@proton.me to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your own details safe.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
