This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. You don't need a technical degree or prior AI experience — just reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication.

- Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
- Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without constant oversight
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
